Product Description
Hot-dip galvanized steel employs a metallurgical combination of molten zinc bath technology, forming a fully covering protective layer in a high-purity zinc liquid at a temperature range of 450-460℃. The coating thickness is 60-300 μm (with zinc consumption ≥ 275 g/㎡), which can completely cover the edges, weld seams and internal cavities of the steel, providing "steel armor" level protection. It is an ideal anti-corrosion solution for infrastructure in severely corrosive environments.

1. Pre-treatment (degreasing → oil removing → acid washing → auxiliary plating treatment)
2. Hot-dip galvanizing (zinc bath at 450-460℃ → air knife controlled thickness)
3. Post-treatment (cooling → surface treatment (passivation, oil coating) → quality inspection)
