Product Description
Galvannealed steel is a representative product of high-performance anti-corrosion coatings at the metallurgical level(It is not recommended to use galvannealed steel in its bare state). Through a dual process of hot-dip galvanizing + precise alloying annealing, a δ1 phase (FeZn7) intermetallic compound layer with 7-15% iron content is formed on the surface of the steel base. Its unique metallurgical bonding structure and uniform dark grey appearance have achieved a breakthrough balance between anti-corrosion performance and processing performance, making it the optimal choice for applications in harsh environments such as automobiles and high-end household appliances.

Core process
1. Hot-dip galvanizing: Immersion in a high-purity zinc bath (Zn ≥ 99%) at 460℃, forming the initial zinc layer
2. Alloying treatment: Induction heating to 500-550℃ (±2℃ temperature control), diffusion of zinc and iron ions to form a dense Fe-Zn alloy layer
3. Surface optimization: Optional passivation (chromate/chrome-free), fingerprint resistance, lubrication treatment and other customized solutions
