Product Description
Electro-galvanized steel is achieved through precise electro-deposition technology, where a 5-30μm ultra-thin zinc layer is formed on the surface of steel at room temperature. The nano-level surface control (Ra≤0.8μm) perfectly retains the smoothness of the substrate, and it combines both anti-corrosion and decorative functions, providing a "invisible protective shield" for precision components.

Core process
Pre-treatment: Electrolytic degreasing → Ultrasonic cleaning → Micro-etching activation (surface active layer ≤ 10nm)
Electroplating deposition:
- Acidic process: Zinc sulfate system, current density 30A/dm² (high-speed plating)
- Alkaline process: zincate system, current density 10A/dm² (high uniformity)
- Post-treatment: Chrome-free (corrosion resistance 120h) + Sealant (improves resistance to fingerprints)
