Embossing Pattern Process

- Pattern library: 30+ standard patterns including rhombus/grid/leather texture/wood texture, etc.

- Customization capability: supports customers to provide pattern customization (minimum unit 5mm×5mm)

- Depth control: adjustable from 0.1mm to 0.5mm

- Applicable materials: galvannealed/ hot-dip galvanized/cold-rolled (0.5-2.0mm)

Rolling Pattern Process

- Pattern selection: 8 basic patterns including straight pattern/cross pattern/ random pattern

- Customization: customized patterns can be developed for customers (physical samples are required)

- Roughness: adjustable from Ra0.8 to 3.2μm

- Applicable materials: galvannealed / hot-dip galvanized / cold-rolled (0.8 - 2.0 mm)

Engraving Pattern Process

- Processing accuracy: ±0.05mm

- Maximum depth: 1.5mm (depending on material thickness)

- Special services: 3D effect engraving& / logo customization

- Equipment configuration: CNC engraving center + laser marking

- Applicable materials: galvannealed/ hot-dip galvanized / cold-rolled (0.8 - 2.5mm)

Splicing Pattern Process

- Seam technology: Two options - laser welding / special adhesive bonding

- Minimum splicing seam: 0.2mm (invisible to the eye)

- Customization of size: The maximum size of the joined panel can be 6000×2000mm

- Surface treatment: Special anti-rust treatment at the seam area

- Applicable materials: galvannealed / hot-dip galvanized / cold-rolled (0.5 - 2.5mm)
